We are not responsible for any lost/stolen packages or unforeseen weather conditions, peak season or package delays by the United States Postal Service.

The holiday buying season and subsequent shipping spike can inundate carriers and make delays unavoidable. Matik makes every effort to process and ship your purchase swiftly, but cannot be held responsible for delays in transit that are beyond our control. Shop early to ensure you get your item delivered on time!

RETURN POLICY

We are an itty bitty boutique, so please understand our return/exchange policy. We will gladly do an exchange or refund for your item(s) within 7 days after you receive your order.

For your convenience, please email us at info@matikshop.com letting us know that you will be returning your item/s so that we can email you a return label.

 

Returns must be properly packed, original packaging is recommended, and sent at the customer's expense to MATIK, ATTN: Returns, 120 Birmingham Drive, Suite 245, Cardiff, CA. 92007

Once we receive your package, we will credit the original form of payment within five business days. Items that arrive to Matik worn or damaged in any way will not be refunded.


All pottery items, pillows and markdowns are final sale. Items must be unused and with original tags and receipt.
